The research focus of the majority of our projects consists of in-depth telephone interviews. Specific questionnaires are designed for the intended target respondents to conduct telephone interviews in which to collect information. Throughout the course of the project, we send each completed verbatim interview to the client for review. In addition to the top-level report, a review of the interviews provides substantial, additional information, and we recommend a careful reading of them.
Secondary research is often performed to gather background information on relevant topics, which can be instrumental in acquiring interviews with various targets. The final report is comprised of an executive summary with our insights, recommendations, best practices, and an extensive findings section. In other cases, our deliverables may include daily, weekly, or monthly updates, depending on your specific business needs.
